Crunch Time
So, after sitting through today's english class I realized I a lot more to do than I thought. Aside from finishing up my portfolio, I need to keep caught up on these blogs, and study for my other finals. It's too bad that all my finals are over by Tuesday except for my English one, which is on Friday, but hey I'm not going to complain ha ha. These next couple weeks are going to take over. If you are looking for me, you can most likely find me in Bracken. Too much stuff to do, too little time!!!

Best Yet
This past weekend my group (now named Tommy Law) had another show back in Indianapolis. This show stood out from the rest of the shows we have done. There was a boatload of people who turned out, and we were the headliners. We got to choose the groups to open before us, which was cool because we knew of three other groups from Indy that are doing the same kind of music. All together it was a crazy time and everyone had a blast. An Indianapolis music promoter talked to us after the show, and gave us a list of show opportunities he wanted us to pick and choose from. The show was a blast, and we even got a good connection on our side. The last song got out of control, and most of the crowd hopped on stage. Hey, we didn't mind. It was a great time and we appreciate all of our fans and supporters.

Thanksgiving Argument
My parents own a linen delivery business, and sometimes restaurant need a special delivery when they run out of something (napkins, aprons, etc.). On Wednesday night, I made a trip out to the Westfield Charlestons to help out my dad because they needed napkins around 9 PM. I didn't mind doing this because he had been drinking and I hadn't, it's a family business so I have to help. Come Friday night I have plans with a girl. While I am sitting at my house with my family waiting for her to let me know she is ready to pick her up, my dad gets a call that Charleston's is yet AGAIN out of napkins and needs a special delivery. He tells me it is my job and I have to do it. I argue that I have had plans with this girl all week, and never get to see her since I am always at BSU. He tells me it is a family business so that should come first, so I claim that my sister should do it, seeing how she isn't doing anything but sitting on her ass watching TV. My sister argues, but in turn my dad realizes I make a valid point, and she ends up doing it. The ethos is that I was very angry when my dad put the responsibility on me when i had plans, and my sister didn't. The pathos is that I already made a delivery that week and my sister didn't. The logos is that I had done my fair share of help. I had plans and my sister wasn't doing anything, so it made more sense for her to take care of the job.

Home Sweet Home
So today is the day that I had to return myself and my mind state to reality! I had a great break, but I was definitely ready to get back to Muncie and knock out these last few weeks of the semester. Interesting because I originally came back here this afternoon around 1 oclock witha ride from my mom. Around 4 I realized that I forgot my meal card. Not wanting to waste ten dollars I was lucky enough for my buddy Kyle to scoop it up from my house in Indy since he hadn't left for Muncie yet. So now I am back at home (BSU), eating ramen and watching the Chargers eat Peyton alive. Everybody Believe in Blue we got this!!!

Thanksgiving
This Thanksgiving break has been wonderful thus far. No stress, food, family, friends, and of course analyzing the arguments. For Turkey Day my whole family piled into my sister's house in Noblesville. She's married and her husbands whole family was there too, so you can only imagine what happens when two crazy families get together. I spent most of the day stuck to the sofa watching the football games, smelling the food, and wondering when it was time to eat. By 4 oclock I was greeted with cajun turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy (the best ever), noodles, sweet potatoes, the list could go on and on. After filling up I spent the rest of the night with my brother in laws , sisters, and cousins. Stayed up until the next morning. Overall it was a great Thanksgiving. Hope everyone is having a good break!!

Looking Forward to Break
So although we didn't even have english class this week, it has still been a rather long and exhausting week. I am making sure to give these last few weeks of the semester my all so my grades will reflect hard work! I only have a couple of classes tomorrow then I plan on doing more revision to my papers and website. I am going to take it easy all weekend and make sure all my work is caught up before I go back home to Indy for the week. My professors don't like the idea of a Fruesday, so luckily for me they canceled the classes for the day! So I'm getting out of here a day early. Everybody have their self a good Friday!

Back In the Day Music
Lately I have been listening to a lot of music that I have not listened to in a long time. I grabbed my I pod from 6th grade, dusted it off, and charged it so see what kind of music I was listening to back then. To my surprise there was A LOT of good music that I totally forgot about! Chevelle, Creed, Say Anything, Hanson (ha ha), and a lot more. The one band that stuck out most to me was Alien Ant Farm. Their album "ANThology" has been on repeat since I re-discovered it ha ha. Please tell me one person in the class used to/still does listen to Alien Ant Farm?! Good music!!
